1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts) within the U.S.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Weather conditions

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
